Family Outings & Adventures

This past month marks the end of Shang's A&E posting at KKH, which means that Ethan only gets to see both of us when we leave the house and for an hour or so when we get home from work. It really took some getting used to for Shang who has worked an irregular schedule for the past 1 year but also means that we try to get out of the house and spend as much time with Ethan on the weekends.

Ethan is rather stable when he sits now so much so that he adopts his "boss-man" pose when he's in his pram to show everyone he means business. haha. And it is from this mighty loft that he monitors all that happens before him.


Ethan has also started on solids since he turned 6 months,starting with rice cereal, bananas, sweet potatoes, apples and pumpkin. Of all the foods he has tasted so far, rice cereal and pumpkin are his favourites.


We recently took the opportunity of the last long weekend and public holiday till August to cosy up as a family at the Fairmont. As you can see, Ethan had a fun time rolling about the bed



and engaging in his favourte pastime - people watching - later at the Singapore Flyer! [He's pouting a little in this one cos he hates being trapped and thinking about how to break free...haha]
